To get to the airport From Isle of Palms, take the IOP Connector (SC-517) to Mount Pleasant. Merge onto I-526 W toward North Charleston/Savannah and take Exit 16 for Charleston International Airport (CHS). The drive is approximately 30-35 minutes.
