Pilot Truck Stop, Exit 159, I-26 and Homestead Road
Ashland Oil Company owned this facility as a Speedway Truck Stop. When the time came for an up grade of the entire facility, a new water system was in order because the older system was no longer adequate.
The H.M Northcutt Corp. was hired by Ashland to oversee the project from engineering and planning through completion.
We hired a South Carolina engineering firm and made plans for a 6” well, aeration/filtration system for iron removal and chemical feed. This facility uses the same aeration/filtration system as the ones in use in Bamberg.
This system has been in use since 1997 and we have been the operator of record from the beginning. This system is a good example as to how we can handle any and all aspects of your water/wastewater project.
